Both tours run the Rio Lerca canyon near Arenzano, roughly 30 km west of Genova, but they target different intensity levels. Canyoning Valle d'Aosta offers a 6h full-day descent at 80 € with a "Occasionally sporty" physical rating, making it the better pick if you want a longer, steadier experience with more time in the canyon. ITACA Canyoning charges 90 € for a half-day format rated "Sporty", meaning higher output compressed into fewer hours. The 10 € premium buys a faster, more demanding pace.
